I just started but honestly I'm loving it. If you work hard, and prospect, you'll have an opportunity to close a lot of deals. Hardest part is getting the meeting (and that's not that hard), besides that product sells itself.

Snowflake's SMB org is unfortunately undergoing a huge shift (for the worst) and the culture across that entire org has been completely shot compared to where it was 2 years ago. Snowflake's product is amazing and I loved selling it, but when you are micromanaged, no path or vision forward, and you are underpaid.....a great product can only take you so far. Snowflake has an excellent product to market-ratio, meaning working here is really exciting. The pay is above market average, and there are great benefits (free lunch, paid gym and phone, free health insurance and transport to work etc).
