Snowflake's SMB org is unfortunately undergoing a huge shift (for the worst) and the culture across that entire org has been completely shot compared to where it was 2 years ago. Snowflake's product is amazing and I loved selling it, but when you are micromanaged, no path or vision forward, and you are underpaid.....a great product can only take you so far. Hopefully they figure out their culture issues (in SMB specifically) soon, as their talent base will suffer long term if not.

My overall experience was bad. The leadership when I first joined from when I departed did a full 180 on culture the culture at the organization is not great there is no work life balance.

Your success highly depends on your patch and accounts. Patches are separated into acquisition and customer.
