I really like to work for Snowflake. Seems to be better in EMEA where market is still not fully developed. Training could be more but overall vibe and leadership is good

Good product and decent leadership. Similar to other orgs who have been through the same growth, lot of the early in folks are in leadership who might not be the most qualified but the external hires dont know the product well enough.
