Snowflake has an excellent product to market-ratio, meaning working here is really exciting. The pay is above market average, and there are great benefits (free lunch, paid gym and phone, free health insurance and transport to work etc). The culture is quite competitive as it usually is in a sales environment, but it's fast-paced and fun and you are celebrated for your successes.

Good perks, hard to see promotion. Management will say they are promotion opportunities but in reality, the product is pretty mature and there is limited opportunity to move up. Preference is to hire external.
