Snowflake is a great company with strong leadership. Unfortunately, they hired a Sales Enablement leader who isn't a great fit. They wanted to change things up, fine, no problem. But they aren't easy to work with and pretend to be collaborative but in reality just do what they want to do. I've been there for years and I am looking for an exit strategy due to this one leader. Very toxic. As a whole, Snowflake is great and the training we made is world class.

Great product, great fit for many companies. A lot of the stuff we do in the data space is genius. The SDR org is relatively dysfunctional. The directors seem to not know what they’re doing and reps are leaving because of that.
