So far it is a great ride in an ever changing company. The product is great and it feels good to know that we are actually helping our customers. However, growing so fast comes with a price, we have a lot of re-structuring and other changes going on so often and in a pace that I have not seen somewhere else before. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but if you join you should be aware of it and embrace it.

The company overall is great. The federal business is misguided and operates completely differently than the rest of the org. Leadership was not seemingly concerned with promoting a collaborative culture and supporting the growth and development of its individual contributors.
