My overall experience is ok. While being a top performer I was overlooked for a lateral move into Sales Engineering. They hired 6 people from outside the company. After having made a huge deal about Fuel50 and career development.

Outrageous quota targets make it difficult to hit targets. Your manager cares about you, but upper-level management could care less about your well-being and only about you exceeding meeting numbers no matter how high it is.
