No one hitting right now - but following the trend of pretty much every other software sales org right now. Really not a bad gig overall. Performance management is pretty light, expectations are pretty reasonable. Fairly out of touch C-Suite is holding the org back overall. Great product and market fit. Really stable organization, very few layoffs (if you can even call them that).

This is a slightly above average company to work at. They have a great product, their pay structure and management is so so, and their is a lack of diversity for the size of the company

I think the recent acquisition by PE is a great unknown but the overall experience at Smartsheet has seen a diminishing horizon of professional growth while, at the same time, leadership has been less inspired and creative and just more arbitrary and fear-based.
