Was a 10/10 until covid - Hitting your number was previously based on 70% effort and 30% luck. Had a lot of extras outside of the compensation.

One of the most toxic companies I've ever worked for. Micromanaging galore. Do not work here. The product is in a very competitive market and is really not that user friendly. Toxic management ruined my experience however so that was the biggest downside.

Overall experience was decent. Product is interesting to sell, but upper management was relatively weak making it difficult in the enterprise segment.

Lot of significant changes here over the past few months. Product changes, leadership changes, etc. Historically Smartsheet had been an inbound sales product but due to over hiring that is next to non existent for new business making it difficult to attain quota without a lot of luck
