Smartsheet is an industry leader and has a more functional product for enterprise customers than its direct competitors. Growth/promotion opportunities in the sales organization are linear. The CRO has written out strict criteria for sales promotions that in my opinion makes career growth prospects at Smartsheet more limited than other companies. The company is not issuing stock as often as much as it was in 2020-2022 (naturally, given economic conditions and company growth).

I started as a mid-market rep, was then promoted to Major accounts. I was a consistent top performer (except for the last 12 months) with 1 president's club. Was a 10/10 until covid - Hitting your number was previously based on 70% effort and 30% luck. Had a lot of extras outside of the compensation.
