Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee A couple years ago the XDR org was better than it is right now. There are almost no roles to move up to, with the sales org giving preference to outside applicants. There is also a lot of red tape to even be considered for promotion. Being a top BDR does not guarantee anything and the role, KPIs and OTE is calculated based on inbound leads but the leads are very few and of very low quality compared to target.
