Great product, but not a sales-oriented culture at all. Clients typically love the product and there are a lot of use cases to keep the sales cycles interesting. Quotas are mostly unattainable (20-25% of teams on pace) and comp plans have gotten worse as Smartsheet focuses on profitability, which is understandable for the short-term, but makes for some concerns for AE satisfaction and retention.

Was great. Getting tougher. Call a spade a spade… culture shift in new business with leadership. Some Managers have no business being managers and leadership is wildly disconnected or just don’t care (fighting to survive the storm coming) PE.

Place is going down fast. No one is selling anything anymore aside from self service and strat. MM and Majors teams hit the hardest. Out competitors are also starting to beat us out of a lot of deals
