Smartsheet sells a great product but it seems our leadership is trying to keep up with the growth of the organization making new adjustments that don't always make the most sense. This affects the people at the company and personally my level of comfortability.

We all made money and they invested in us, but they started losing top high-mid performers because of company changes and sell rumors. These reps will make 400k anywhere so even though the pay is high, it wasn’t enough to keep them. Overall my experience was positive, Smartsheet did not allow opportunity for growth but I did make decent money selling there. I'd recommend SMAR to another colleague in the future.
