Former Employee3.6Oct 9, 2024My overall experience of this role was good because when I was employed there it was very hands off and if you hit your quota they left you alone which was nice. They did some layoffs that were not handled professionally at all and blindsided even the top performers.

Quotas are mostly unattainable (20-25% of teams on pace) and comp plans have gotten worse as Smartsheet focuses on profitability, which is understandable for the short-term, but makes for some concerns...Read More
