Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My overall experience at Smartsheet was great, the leadership really care about Sales & helping to optimize performance. The challenges really revolved around just a slower adaptation to the changing SaaS Sales environment for New Business.
Specifically, internal systems not equipped/optimized for outbound prospecting. A lack of data cleanliness/hygiene, misalignment of books (books filled with emerging/SMB accounts as a Mid-Market rep) & a lack of BDR/SDR support.
Overall though, the leadership recognized these challenges & worked to find solutions. Smartsheet also has great product differentiators for MM, Enterprise orgs. who need to scale out Project & Portfolio Management and consistently enhances product capabilities through both development and acquisition.
