Good team, and good overall company. Account assignment is an absolute mess however. BoB's are assigned at random and are littered with fake accounts/ non-existent companies/ duplicates galore. There also was never urgency to fix those issues almost like turning a blind eye. Inbound lead flow is immensely few & far between. Which is fine everyone is dealing with that, but leaves almost zero opportunity to strategically prospect with the unhealthy data that runs rampant. PiP's galore.

My overall experience of this role was good because when I was employed there it was very hands off and if you hit your quota they left you alone which was nice. They did some layoffs that were not handled professionally at all and blindsided even the top performers.

Great product and customers like it. Leadership in EMEA is honestly subpar (either no real sales professionals or bad performance and yet they got promoted to management. These are the two types of sales managers who want to teach sales people how to do their job!!)
