I made a lot of money in commission last year so I was happy but new comp plan is a joke. The sales leadership is toxic and discriminatory. Constant layoffs and people getting demoted.

Overall the company isn't too bad, I have a great team and great manager. Great people from AE’s reps - leadership is very disconnected from daily processes. Unattainable quotas, no transparency, unpaid commissions. Plain and simple, very poorly structured.
