I made a lot of money in commission last year so I was happy but new comp plan is a joke. The sales leadership is toxic and discriminatory. Constant layoffs and people getting demoted.

Systems and processes are completely broken. Executive leadership regularly changes GTM strategy, product packaging, pricing, and more. Many "Growth" accounts meet the definition of an Acquisition account which makes quota attainment challenging since quota is assigned to accounts that have no contracts. Overall the company isn't too bad, I have a great team and great manager.
