Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Overall the company isn't too bad, I have a great team and great manager. I feel that alot of things are over complicated for sales and the base pay could be better, but the money is good when hitting target. They are going in the right direction and had to get rid of the people who were dead weight, they are saving money on lots of things at the minute but I feel as though they will start to progress once they get the mergers of all companies correct. so far so good for me, remote work is fine, no micro managing and opportunity to progress is definitely there!
