Product is a good fit for the market, but leadership and culture is at an all time low. Very few people achieving quota, and those that did were then told that winners circle was cancelled 3 weeks before going! Not a good place to be

Avoid at all costs....the company is struggling financially and is at risk of being de-listed. They keep changing the GTM strategy every few months, with constant lay-offs - all designed to appease the analysts. AEs are given unattainable quotas with no support whilst navigating legacy systems and toxic VPs...

The company is going through huge change but the sales strategy and structure they set in 2022 has been a disaster and many of the sales teams feel underwhelmed by the current leadership. They have changed accounts from region to region and not supported the customers nor the sales people through the process. Development of the sales team is poor. Very poor...Read More
