Systems and processes are completely broken. Executive leadership regularly changes GTM strategy, product packaging, pricing, and more. Many "Growth" accounts meet the definition of an Acquisition account which makes quota attainment challenging since quota is assigned to accounts that have no contracts. Hybrid reps make less on Acquisition sales than on Growth sales. SDRs produce very few quality opportunities.
