The company is going through huge change but the sales strategy and structure they set in 2022 has been a disaster and many of the sales teams feel underwhelmed by the current leadership. They have changed accounts from region to region and not supported the customers nor the sales people through the process. Development of the sales team is poor. Very poor considering Skillsoft is a learning company.

Systems and processes are completely broken. Executive leadership regularly changes GTM strategy, product packaging, pricing, and more. Many "Growth" accounts meet the definition of an Acquisition account which makes quota attainment challenging since quota is assigned to accounts that have no contracts. Started off great, towards the end after the merger and acquisitions it died a quick death.
