Great people from AE’s reps - leadership is very disconnected from daily processes. Unattainable quotas, no transparency, unpaid commissions. Plain and simple, very poorly structured.

I made a lot of money in commission last year so I was happy but new comp plan is a joke. The sales leadership is toxic and discriminatory. Constant layoffs and people getting demoted.

Poor leadership, lack of integration between newly acquired organisations. Inbound lead flow very poor.

Product is a good fit for the market, but leadership and culture is at an all time low. Very few people achieving quota, and those that did were then told that winners circle was cancelled 3 weeks before going! Not a good place to be
