The product is phenomenal, but leadership is so far removed with such a lack of empathy on the sales side of the business that it makes success fleeting. As a BDR, you serve 7-12 AE's, with the task of selling 10-15 various product lines. It's nearly impossible to make everyone happy as a singular individual, and the opposition you face as a BDR looking to be a trusted consultant with a clear understanding of the problems we solve vs the products we sell... is soul crushing. A very antiquated approach to outbound sales pushing top talent away. And succession planning is absent, at a company that's literal product revolves around identifying top talent and upskilling them. Browse Other Reviews
