But you end up an account manager For lack of customer success teams. You can have a whale of a year every few years. Few reps have recurring years like that, some do, most don’t. All in if you put in the work you will reap the benefits and have big years.

He was promoted and I got stuck with a first time people manager that was terrible. He doesn't want to lead, he focused on micromanaging and making sure he got all the credit when a deal closed.
