Leadership made a huge difference at Salesforce. My hiring manager who I worked for 6 months was great! Tough but a true leader. He was promoted and I got stuck with a first time people manager that was terrible. He doesn't want to lead, he focused on micromanaging and making sure he got all the credit when a deal closed. He is the definition of "Corporate Bro" and only hired white males for his team. What's alarming is that leadership turned a blind eye to his actions and HR didn't do very much either. It was a terrible experience.

Great resources and people available. Morale bad. Only people in Financial Services - Marketing Cloud hitting above 50% of quota were 3 + years with the company.

Cut throat culture with little support or care for management for anything other than the number. Sink or swim attitude. Very isolating and little coaching, training or support from management.
