Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Salesforce is overall a great company to work for. The employee experience really depends on the team/manager you work for.
From a product and innovation standpoint- seems like the company as a whole is getting extremely creative and ahead of the AI front.
However, many of our customers are frustrated at the way things are priced per cloud or per solution versus competitors that are offering free trials of AI or are including components for free depending on the bundle or package.
This makes it difficult to provide overall value to customers that enjoy Salesforce solutions, but also feel like they're getting price gouged.
One thing I will say is working at Salesforce is not easy, but if you're lucky enough to have a great manager and team- it's one of the best tech. roles out there! If you don't, you become another number and it'd be best to look for another opportunity.
