My overall experience at Salesforce was a positive one. I worked with some of the most amazing and intelligent people and it is hands down the best part about Salesforce. It's also a no brainer that it's a great product, and there's a reason why SFDC is the leader in the CRM space. Emphasis on the "high performance culture" is putting a bad taste in people's mouths - barely anyone is hitting quota, internal promotions are competitive, and the burnout was real. However, you will learn a LOT and you come out of it a beast.

Enablement is poor but there is a lot of grace at the start and a ton of tools to self-teach. If you're a self-learner and can pick things up quickly I couldn't recommend this position enough.
