My overall experience has been overwhelmingly positive. While SFDC is a large company, it's reminiscent of working in a smaller one regarding quick answers, resources, and support.

When I started here 4 years ago, the culture was amazing. However that has declined every year and the last 2 years have been a sharp decline.
