Challenging environment to sell in. Competition all over the place (We don't lose to a competitor often. Deals will stall/ budget is recalled for the next quarter or year is the main enemy we face.) I had a good time at SailPoint. The company invested heavily in sales training, and the vibe was generally very positive and good. However, on the Inside sales front there was a lot of confusion on what we were supposed to exactly do, with a lot of flip flopping and lack of clear direction. No idea if this has changed over the past year.
