I had a good time at SailPoint. The company invested heavily in sales training, and the vibe was generally very positive and good. However, on the Inside sales front there was a lot of confusion on what we were supposed to exactly do, with a lot of flip flopping and lack of clear direction. No idea if this has changed over the past year.

Demand Generation has slowed and the market is maturing. Turnover and reorgs are hitting the Enterprise team very hard.
