Current Employee5.0Nov 14, 2023Its fantastic. As an SDR if you grind you can make really good money. Money that rivals an AE's OTE. Market fit is awesome, You're selling a product people need. Culture is fantastic if you want to grind you can, if you dont want to kill yourself they arent going to make you feel bad for not being in the top 10%
