My overall experience was a friendly warm workplace, high earning potential but there are a lot of growing pains. Transitioning from a product first mindset to really having a strong GTM in a maturing market, coupled with poor data sources for CRM & “home grown” key executives leading business units who don’t always know the best strategies leads to a very siloed experience. These are the challenges but Concur has a great market reputation, is the leader in the space and the earning potential is huge and with hard work & diligence, completely attainable.

I have joined Enterprise Sales with SAP Concur, and the onboarding experience and people have been great. The customers are still 50/50, the ones who feel entitled, but the other sales rep tells me it's possible to enjoy the journey and look forward to making double my OTE. My overall experience in this org has been nothing but exceptional. The manager I have add’s a big part into why I believe this is the best position I have held and the opportunity to really control how much money you make with the uncapped commission structure is always great for go getter’s.
