Its fantastic. As an SDR if you grind you can make really good money. Money that rivals an AE's OTE. Market fit is awesome, You're selling a product people need. Culture is fantastic if you want to grind you can, if you dont want to kill yourself they arent going to make you feel bad for not being in the top 10%

Everything was great, there were fair quotas and great incentive structure with a somewhat low base salary I could deal with, as the bonuses balanced it out. Then quotas raised astronomically in one year, people are quietly getting put on PIPs left and right.
