Rippling is not the easiest place to get a paycheck. Still, the pay is good and product is fantastic. If you put the work in, Rippling will be an upward inflection point in your career trajectory

do not work here, especially as an sdr. the sales org is a complete mess. there is no attention paid to DEI. all white men controlling everything

Rippling offers a fantastic product and it demos very well. Over a dozen products are offered so you can find something to sell to almost any company. The double edged sword is how quickly the company is growing. Always new products to sell but always new cross functional challenges to overcome.

80 cold call per day. Churn and burn mentality. Good base but quota attainment could be better. You must have that “sales bro” mentality. Teammates are great but work culture really lacks that “family” aspect to it.
