80 cold call per day. Churn and burn mentality. Good base but quota attainment could be better. You must have that “sales bro” mentality. Teammates are great but work culture really lacks that “family” aspect to it.

My overall experience at Rippling was terrible. The culture is toxic, the product is held together by bandaids behind the scenes, and there is zero management support. The technology will be AMAZING in the coming years if management can support.
