My overall experience at Rippling was terrible. The culture is toxic, the product is held together by bandaids behind the scenes, and there is zero management support. The technology will be AMAZING in the coming years if management can support.

My overall experience was okay. Rippling has amazing engineering talent, and they really do build incredible products. Overall this is a demanding role, must be willing to work extremely hard in a (not just buzzword) fast paced environment. Need to balance the transactional sell with highly complex strategic deals.
