Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Have sold at Rippling for several years and as the macro declined so did the culture. After SVB collapsed right as the macro took a downturn, pressure-driven leadership started to emerge. Metrics took president over mission. Selling took precident over service. Our implementation team fell apart and half of the accounts we were selling were churning. Loss of faith in the ability for Rippling to perform post-sales increased. As a result our monthly logo count had to go up to offset. Quantity forced out quality.
Overall - great environment to learn to sell in. Adversity inevitably produces opportunity. If someone is ok with dedicating 10-12 hrs/day to learn to sell and appreciates high-pressure selling then they will love Rippling. The product is great. Lots of good people.
