Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Rippling is a great idea in ideation. The value proposition, however, only resonates with companies who are anticipating, or are already in high-growth mode. Unfortunately, in today's current economic landscape, most companies aren't in rapid growth mode and a majority of the leads you will work on don't have the bandwidth to invest in tech or will largely not care about advanced technology (think blue-collar adjacent, non-profits, etc.). In my experiences, there was an overall impression of a lack of trust and reliability in the market from prospective customers in regard to Rippling.
Coupled with an overcrowded sales-floor, and heavily unequal ratio of AEs to Manager's, expect to largely navigate your tenure @ Rippling on your own without much support. And while they don't shy away about how hard you'll work during your time at Rippling, they will fail to ever own up to the fact that you're not truly set up for success.
