This is a very challenging place to work. The technology is superb but the culture, benefits, job security are trash. I worked there for a year and roughly 50% of my org was fired in that time frame. Run. Run fast. the best way I can describe it is... like a sweatshop. you have to work 12+ hours to not even hit quota
