Rippling offers a fantastic product and it demos very well. Over a dozen products are offered so you can find something to sell to almost any company. The double edged sword is how quickly the company is growing. Always new products to sell but always new cross functional challenges to overcome.

Good sales organization. We've had more discussions surrounding career development recently. We have a really great product which makes it easy to express to partners and end clients. You'll have more success coming into the role with payroll/HCM experience.
