Great organization that unfortunately, like many in the tech space, outgrew demand during the pandemic and had to do some serious rounds of layoffs over the past 2+ years which drastically impacted culture in a negative way.

RingCentral is honestly falling apart at the seams. When I started almost 3 years ago, it was such a great place to be a part of. Field sales expansion is probably the worst hit org in the company right now. Embarrassing comp plan, unattainable quotas, extreme expectations, not set up for success.

Overall the experience was okay. I don't partially like the amount of layoffs they've done and specifically how many SEs were impacted.
