RingCentral is honestly falling apart at the seams. When I started almost 3 years ago, it was such a great place to be a part of. Field sales expansion is probably the worst hit org in the company right now. Embarrassing comp plan, unattainable quotas, extreme expectations, not set up for success.

It is the worst and weakest leadership and management in the GSP channel I‘ve ever experienced. No real understanding of the business and the channel and no strategy behind the business

Great organization that unfortunately, like many in the tech space, outgrew demand during the pandemic and had to do some serious rounds of layoffs over the past 2+ years which drastically impacted culture in a negative way.
