RingCentral is honestly falling apart at the seams. When I started almost 3 years ago, it was such a great place to be a part of. Field sales expansion is probably the worst hit org in the company right now. Embarrassing comp plan, unattainable quotas, extreme expectations, not set up for success.

Lately the company has been going into a steady decline, granted the economy is not great but, culture, training, and leadership, career development, are all big issues.
