Overall the experience was okay. I don't partially like the amount of layoffs they've done and specifically how many SEs were impacted.

RingCentral is a great company. Culture is amazing and pay is fair for the role. It is very difficult to develop a career as they typically hire from outside for positions and don't necessarily promote from within unless you've been in an entry level position for 2-3 years or so.

RingCentral has a great product. I will always back that up and if I were to ever run my own company, especially with a remote/hybrid workforce, I will definitely use RingCentral.
