RingCentral is a great company. Culture is amazing and pay is fair for the role. It is very difficult to develop a career as they typically hire from outside for positions and don't necessarily promote from within unless you've been in an entry level position for 2-3 years or so.

My overall experience was okay. It was great when I started working there but about a year and a half in they changed the team structure and leads. I ended up doing more work with lower quality leads and a much more difficult time hitting quota.

RingCentral is honestly falling apart at the seams. When I started almost 3 years ago, it was such a great place to be a part of. Field sales expansion is probably the worst hit org in the company right now. Embarrassing comp plan, unattainable quotas, extreme expectations, not set up for success.
