RingCentral has a great product. I will always back that up and if I were to ever run my own company, especially with a remote/hybrid workforce, I will definitely use RingCentral. I loved it and always pictured myself being there for another 20+ years, but the culture and leadership rotted when they hired that huge group of AT&T folks. Nobody seems happy, leaders are only there for the money, and they do not treat the sales people right. Quotas increased 30% each quarter with zero coaching. My director of 2 years did not join a single one of my sales calls. If you are looking to work for a company with a good, reputable product, RingCentral is great. However, if you are looking to develop your career (not just on a resume) then do yourself a favor and do not enter this toxic workforce that unfortunately has developed.
