Huge TAM. The construction industry is hardly recognizing the shift to technology, Procore has a really great product that is known as the premiere software for contractors. Lots of resources and training. They have a great culture and hire more than just talent but people you will likely become lifelong friends with. With all that being said, Procore has had a rough patch in the SMB segment with hardly attainable quotas that don't warrant the payout for the effort put in. Lack of upward mobility is causing talented reps to leave for better opportunities. Instead of rewarding the talented reps they overhired during the tech layoffs and now are hemorrhaging. Maybe things will get better but it's still a great place to learn how to sell and grow at a company that has a great product for its customers. Or maybe you're just looking to break into sales with no prior experience, this is a great place to work.

Pretty standard process and procedures that are expected from an organization as large as Procore.

Quotas are continuously rising, clients already feel they are paying too much. Renewals will not help you hit your number, cross sell is required, upsell is scrutinized by deal enablement but required to hit your number. Coaching plans are common, so is turnover. Work life balance is difficult at best
