Current Employee 2024 was a nightmare of unrealistic quotas and constant and major organizational change. Well less than 10% hit quota in upmarket, and those that did have to a tribute their success to a lot of luck. A lot of good sales talent and leadership saw the writing on the wall and have moved on. Those of us who decided to roll the dice and stick around are hoping to see some reward for our patience with leadership.
2025 is poised to be better, but there is still a lot of chaos with a ton of new external leadership and friction to overcome due to new processes and people. Only time will tell if this is an organization that has been transformed for the better, or if we permanently broke a good culture.
