I joined at a turbulent time, company both globally and in APAC was in a state of flux - hiring many new leaders (Whole Global Sales Org LT team was refreshed since December 23) Next FY could be a solid year as all the new GTM changes are bedded down.

Some of the leaders are good, but it’s a fake culture, executive leadership is racist and politics is the main game, not your performance of work. Managers, Directors and VPs can literally underperform but if they have good connections inside the company it does not matter.
