Transition to top down leadership model with 100% external leadership hires. Unrealistic quota targets in very small and saturated territories. There is still a lot of value in the product for the ICP, but there simply isn't enough TAM for the growth goals that need to be achieved.

Great and caring company to work for , sometimes difficult when pipeline is sparse and quotas are high. Product quite complex and approx 6 months for SE ramp
