The company culture is one of the best I've experienced in my 20-year career! The teams are close-knit, the CEO, CRO, CTO and the whole GTM team are approachable. Quotas are realistic and in line with market potential.

Overall good product but enterprise features could be more mature but aren't due to lack of leadership experience. As a product led growth, you are often competing against your lower tiers. PIP culture for AEs not hitting their targets

The CEO assumed leadership of the sales team last year and just brought in a new CRO. In that time a lot of poor GTM decisions were made. Leadership is very out of touch with the reality of the sales team. Hopefully the new CRO turns things around, but he is from a completely unrelated industry.
